ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway, Thailand’s first fully-integrated industrial-tech ecosystem, has attained a key milestone for ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub, its newly developed industrial and logistics facility within the industrial township. Driven by strong market demand for modern sustainable industrial facilities, Phase 1 of the project, spanning approximately 21,091 sqm, has achieved 100% occupancy ahead of its completion in August 2026.

The entire first phase has been leased to TeraCule Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a multinational company specialising in integrated liquid cooling systems and thermal management for high-density AI data centre infrastructure.

Developed by Frasers Property under its Hybrid Ready-Built Factory & Warehouse concept, ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub has been designed in accordance with U.S. Green Building Council LEED standards to meet the evolving requirements of advanced manufacturing, technology and logistics businesses seeking modern, flexible and strategically located facilities in Thailand.

The facility’s warehouse features a 12-metre internal clear height, a floor loading capacity of 3 tonnes per square metre, two dock levellers, and ramp access, and is designed to accommodate both six-wheeler trucks and trailers.

Following the strong market response, ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway plans to develop approximately 20,000 sqm of additional space in ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub Phase 2 to accommodate the next wave of investment across advanced manufacturing, technology, logistics and other future-focused industries.

ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub is located within ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway and offers seamless connectivity to key distribution routes across Thailand and to the region.
